Since the day of its inception, CPD is striving hard to impart knowledge to the prosecutors, enhance their skills level and transform them into a composed, more organized officer. Keeping alive its tradition of training for newly inducted prosecutors, CPD conduct Induction Training courses. It has achieved milestone of conducting Induction Training for Deputy District Public Prosecutors and Deputy Prosecutor Generals for the very first time in 2017. Prosecutors were being given lectures on Appeal & Revision, Composition of cases, Identification Evidence, Constitutional Criminal Law, Presentation of Evidence, Preparation of MR & CSR, Criminal Justice System, DDO Powers, Administration and Office Management along with skill bases sessions on Prosecutorial Decision Making, Advocacy Skills and Legal Research etc.
