Going through evolution period, things have become more methodical. In 2017, a well-organized training calendar for 2017-18 was documented which was approved in September, 2017. Now, it is a regular course of conduct at CPD. In addition to the trainings as per approved training calendar, a number of trainings are directed by the authority to be conducted intermittently. Thus, the execution of the training calendar goes beyond 100%.
